The Story Behind

Eye of Horus Fruit Bowl is a unique functional item. As you use this on your counter top or dining table, think of what the Eye of Horus symbolizes - protection, royal power, rejuvenation and health. Wish for all these and hope that the stars will align to fulfill your wishes. This was my intention when I created this.

When I was thinking of putting a symbol on this fruit bowl, I wanted to use something which is recognizable as a symbol of strength, power, protection, rejuvenation and good health. This ancient Egyptian symbol, Eye of Horus, symbolizes protection, royal power, rejuvenation and health. These are all the desirable things that we all seek. So, I wanted to create something that would make the user think of all of the above things and more. Here's a quote that explains it in better words than I could say.

"Health is not simply the absence of illness. Real health is the will to overcome every form of adversity and use even the worst of circumstances as a springboard for new growth and development. Simply put, the essence of health is the constant renewal and rejuvenation of life." - Diasaku Ikeda

Our thoughts are very powerful. What we sub-consciously think and wish for gets manifested in our lives in different ways. The right people appear and the right circumstances arise, and there you have it!!

Knowing where one wants to go, setting the goal and focusing on it are important in order to succeed. If one can eliminate distractions and stay focused on a single goal, success is not hard to attain. Sometimes it takes a young six-year old to remind us of this. It is based on a true story.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
