When do you feel blissful? Ask yourself this question. For me, it is when I am experiencing natural beauty. I pause and think how does it make me feel? Do I feel a sense of peace, calm and happiness? That is what being blissful is all about. This painting evokes that feeling of bliss. The brush strokes, palette knife marks, and the colours draw the viewer in. The blue at the bottom of the painting takes you through the painting all the way to the top of the painting. As the eye moves, you take in all the beauty that surrounds the blue water and the blue sky.
"To experience peace does not mean that your life is always blissful. It means that you are capable of tapping into a blissful state of mind amidst the normal chaos of a hectic life." Jill Bolte Taylor
I believe that our perspective affects the way we see the world. There isn't a person in this world who has not seen some difficult times, or has faced significant hardships. When things go wrong, a lot of times we tend to blame others or look for things that we can put the blame on. Circumstances may have been adverse due to which things didn't work out the way we had imagined. So, can we change what has already happened? No, but we can change our perspective and look for opportunities instead of obstacles. That is what Jill Bolte Taylor means when she says that we are capable of tapping into a blissful state of mind.
Look at the bright, beautiful, and serene colours in this painting. Glance at the gentle movements of grass caused by a gentle breeze, gaze into the flowing waterfalls, the pristine pool of blue, and the vast open sky. Do you feel blissful? If so, my goal as an artist is accomplished.

Knowing where one wants to go, setting the goal and focusing on it are important in order to succeed. If one can eliminate distractions and stay focused on a single goal, success is not hard to attain. Sometimes it takes a young six-year old to remind us of this. It is based on a true story.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
